What is PIN IT!?
A geography trivia game played on one world map. Every question has a place as its answer, so instead of picking from four options you drop a pin. The closer you land, the more you score.
Is it free?
Yes, in the browser and on iPhone. PIN IT! Premium is an optional one-off purchase on iPhone, not a subscription.
Do I need to download anything or make an account?
No. You can play in your browser straight away, and there is no sign-up in the browser or in the iPhone app.
Is there an Android app?
Not at the moment, but the browser version works on Android phones, and Android players can join the same rooms as everyone else.
How does scoring work?
You get up to 5,000 points for how close you land and up to 1,000 more for answering quickly. A normal game gives you 15 seconds a question, and Speed Mode gives you 5.
How many people can play together?
Up to 8 in a room, on phones and computers together. Here is how the multiplayer geography game works.
What is the Daily Challenge?
The same ten questions for everyone, with a global leaderboard. A new one starts at 09:00 Amsterdam time. Here is more about the daily geography game.
Is there a drinking game mode?
Yes. A room's host can switch on an optional 18+ Drink Mode for game nights. On iPhone it comes with PIN IT! Premium.
